Prices and Policies

 

SESSIONS:

Our school calendar is divided into six sessions. The first five sessions coincide with the local school calendars and the sixth session is our summer session. Each session will have eight classes and will be divided up as follows:

Session 1- September and October

Session 2- November and December

Session 3- January and February

Session 4- March and April

Session 5- May and June

Session 6- Summer dates to be announced later.

* If there are not eight classes in a session because of the way that the school calendars fall, students will be given an extra class during that session to make sure they get the full eight classes in.

PRICES:

Each student is required to pay a $30.00 registration fee. This fee includes insurance for each student.

The price for each two month session is $100.00. This is the price  for 8 classes which last 1 hour each.

If there is more than 1 student in an immediate family the first student pays $100.00 per session and other students in the same family pay $80.00 each.

If students wish to take more than 1 class per week the cost of the first class is $100.00 per session and the cost of additional classes per session are $80.00 each.

If there is more than 1 child in a family and each child wishes to take two classes per week, the cost for each child would be $170.00 per session.

There is a $50.00 discount for anyone who pays in full for the first 5 sessions upon registration. Instead of $500.00 for the first five sessions the cost for paying in full will be $450.00

Methods of payment:

Payment for classes can be made with cash, personal checks, or credit cards. Payments can be made in person at our gym, or they can be mailed to us. We will soon be set up to accept credit payments on line through our website.

 

POLICIES:

* Payment for each session is due before the first class of each session. Please, no exceptions.

* Make ups are allowed for up to two classes missed during a session. Please see Janine to schedule make up classes in advance. Make ups can not be carried over into another session and no refunds will be given.

Please try to keep absences to a minimum. We realize that certain absences  are unavoidable. We all experience illnesses and emergencies at times, but we try to keep our classes small so that each student can get the attention that will help them to get the most out of their gymnastics classes. If we get flooded with make-up requests, this results in classes becoming crowded and students getting less instruction time.

 

Safety:

The safety of all of our gymnasts is always our number one concern. Students will be given a set of rules regarding safety in the gym and will be expected to follow them for the well being of all gymnasts.

Cancellations:

If we need to cancel classes because of bad weather we will have an announcement on our answering machine, and we will also post it on our website. All students will be given make-up classes if a class is canceled.
