ACRO-DANCE  COMPETITIONS

If you are interested in competing in acro-dance we have two programs available. The first is a prep program for gymnasts who would like to eventually perform and compete in acro-dance, but who need to acquire all of the skills needed for success. We have several plans available. See Janine for more information.

If you feel that you have the skills needed to be successful in competitions and would like to compete immediately, we have access to many competitions that are held throughout the year for many skill levels. Janine has had gymnasts compete successfully both at New Jersey competitions and at national competitions at various locations throughout the country.

If you are a competitive gymnast who would like to concentrate on floor gymnastics rather then competing on equipment then you would enjoy these competitions. If you are a competitive dancer and would like to compete in acro-dance, we can teach you the gymnastics skills that you will need to be successful.
